TAG Immobilien H1 2026 outlook lifts FFO by 9% on ROBYG IPO

German real estate group TAG Immobilien AG said on Monday its first-half 2026 funds from operations (FFO) are expected to rise about 9% year-on-year, supported by the initial public offering of its residential unit ROBYG and an increase in net tangible assets (NTA).

The company outlined the outlook in slides prepared for an investor presentation, though it did not provide detailed financial figures or a specific date for the ROBYG IPO. TAG Immobilien said the IPO of ROBYG, its Berlin-based residential property subsidiary, would contribute to the FFO growth and strengthen its balance sheet through higher net tangible assets.

TAG Immobilien, which focuses on residential and commercial property in Germany and Central Europe, has been expanding its portfolio amid a challenging real estate market. The company has previously highlighted its strategy to monetize assets through partial listings or divestments to unlock value.

Analysts tracking the sector noted that TAG Immobilien’s FFO growth trajectory reflects efforts to optimize capital structure and reduce leverage, following a period of subdued transaction activity in the German real estate market.
