Key committee appointments followed, with Carol Kavanagh joining the Audit & Risk and Nomination Committees, Rhian Bartlett the Remuneration Committee, and Shatish Dasani and Andrew McNaughton the Sustainability Committee. Shareholders also authorized directors to allot shares and purchase company shares in the open market.
