Okta Stock Hits 52-Week High as Analysts Lift Targets on Strong Bookings

Okta Inc. shares climbed to a 52-week high of $174.86, trading at $174.94 on Thursday, as optimism from the company’s second-quarter fiscal 2027 results pushed the stock closer to doubling in value over the past year.

The password-management and identity-access provider has delivered a 91.49% total return over the past 12 months and surged 117% over the last six months, with year-to-date gains approaching 100%.

Following the earnings report, at least five analysts raised their price targets. Truist Securities set a new target of $200, citing 14% year-over-year growth in current remaining performance obligations. RBC Capital raised its target to $195, pointing to a 14.1% increase in the same metric. KeyBanc set a $190 target, highlighting robust results and growing demand for the company’s artificial-intelligence offerings. Piper Sandler adjusted its target to $160, noting record bookings and stronger enterprise momentum. Bernstein SocGen Group increased its estimate to $143, emphasizing subscription growth and the firm’s strongest non-fourth-quarter bookings.

Nineteen analysts have revised their earnings estimates upward for the upcoming period, and Okta holds a Piotroski Score of 9, the highest possible reading.

Despite the bullish momentum, InvestingPro flagged the stock as trading above its estimated fair value and placed it on the platform’s Most Overvalued list.
