Nexxen raises 2026 revenue guidance, outlines AI‑driven growth at Citi conference

Nexxen presented its second‑quarter 2026 results at Citi’s Global TMT Conference on Sept. 8, 2026. The company said it has increased its full‑year revenue guidance three times during the year while leaving the adjusted EBITDA target unchanged. The 2026 adjusted EBITDA margin is projected at roughly 32%, with an expansion to 34‑35% expected in 2027 and a long‑term goal of 40%. Gross profit margin stands at 82.5%.

Connected‑TV (CTV) revenue rose 33% year‑over‑year in Q2, now representing 40% of net revenue. Mobile in‑app sales also account for about 40%, together contributing 80% of total revenue. Enterprise spend grew 25% YoY, and the enterprise client base doubled from 400 to over 800 customers in the first half of 2026, with a target of 1,600 by year‑end. More than 750 advertisers have been activated through these enterprise accounts.

The firm emphasized the impact of its AI‑driven stack, claiming a 35% performance advantage over standalone DSPs and a 50% reduction in customer onboarding time. Six AI agents are live, a seventh has been deployed, and Nexxen expects ten agents operational by the end of Oct. 2026.

A case study with Toyota illustrates the value proposition. After onboarding Toyota to its DSP‑only solution in early 2025, Nexxen expanded to a full‑ecosystem offering in Q3 2025. The partnership cut Toyota’s cost per vehicle by 62% and more than doubled return on advertising spend.

Capital allocation highlights include $250 million spent on share repurchases over the past 3.5 years, representing 40% of outstanding shares, and a $60 million investment in VIDAA, equating to roughly 6% of that platform’s equity. Nexxen’s market capitalization was cited at $533 million.

The company also noted that its VIDAA ACR data covers 50 million screens worldwide, with exclusive inventory in North America, and that users spend an average of 10.5 minutes per day on CTV home screens.

CEO remarks underscored the strategic role of AI and full‑funnel data: “AI is only as strong as the data that is sitting on… When you sit on the full funnel you can enjoy both sides of the value chain.” He added that demand for AI integration is “everywhere, and everyone wants to embed it immediately.”
