NextNRG, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXXT) announced a 1-for-10 reverse stock split that will become effective at the opening of trade on Sunday, September 14, 2026.
The split will consolidate every ten shares of outstanding common stock into one share, reducing the total share count from roughly 168.4 million to about 16.8 million, not including any rounding adjustments.
The reclassification applies to common stock, shares issuable upon exercise of outstanding stock options and warrants, and shares resulting from conversion of outstanding convertible securities. No fractional shares will be issued; any fractional entitlement will be rounded up to the next whole share at the participant level.
Following the split, the common stock will be assigned a new CUSIP number, 652941204.
NextNRG, headquartered in Miami, deploys AI‑driven technology for energy management across commercial, healthcare, municipal, industrial and federal sites, and also markets electric‑vehicle chargers while operating a mobile fueling fleet.
