Accenture Names Emma Chalwin as Chief Marketing Officer

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) named Emma Chalwin as its chief marketing officer on Monday, effective Oct. 1, 2026.

Chalwin joins the firm after holding senior marketing roles at Workday, Salesforce, Adobe, McAfee and Macrovision. In her new position, she will oversee Accenture's global marketing and communications organizations and reports directly to Chair and CEO Julie Sweet.

Sweet described Chalwin as "a proven growth leader who understands how to turn breakthrough technologies into compelling client value and commercial impact."

Chalwin brings more than three decades of global marketing leadership experience to the role. She has been named to Forbes' list of the World's Most Influential CMOs, as well as the B2B CMO 100 and Chief's New Era of Leadership lists.

Accenture generated approximately $70 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2025, serves roughly 9,000 clients worldwide and employs around 799,000 people.
