Playtech, a London Stock Exchange-listed company, reported a 77% year-over-year surge in adjusted EBITDA to €163 million for the first half of 2026. The company's operations generated €128.1 million at a 32.4% margin, up from 21.1% in H1 2025. Free cash flow jumped to €101 million, exceeding the medium-term annual target range of €70–100 million. Group revenue reached €425.1 million, up 10% from €387.0 million in H1 2025.

The Americas region drove growth, with revenue climbing 176% in constant currency to €56.9 million. Latin America posted 29% underlying growth, reaching €99.9 million, led by Mexico and Colombia. Europe ex-UK revenue increased by 2%, while the U.K. market declined by 8%.

Playtech's U.S. and Canada business achieved profitability ahead of schedule, operating more than 60 Live Casino tables across 3 U.S. studios, serving 15 operators with over 50 brands. The company's global studios and tables operations totaled approximately 480 tables across 20 studios.

SaaS revenue grew 20% year-over-year, representing 17% of B2B revenue. Playtech launched several new products, including 'Games powered by Past Motor Racing' in Florida, Atlantic City Live Roulette in New Jersey, and an AI-powered Live 'Virtual Host' in July 2026.

The company maintained full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance at more than €270 million, with medium-term targets aiming for the upper end of €250–300 million in adjusted EBITDA and €70–100 million in free cash flow. Full-year CapEx and capitalized development are expected to total approximately €90–95 million, with an effective tax rate forecast of 20–25%.

Playtech's share price traded essentially flat at $398, up 0.2% from the previous close of $397.2. The 52-week range is $210 to $446, with the stock trading ~10.9% below its 52-week high, up over 40% year-to-date.
