Judges Scientific plc announced that Chief Financial Officer Brad Ormsby will resign and vacate the board on September 23, 2027, with a 12‑month transition period.
Ormsby joined the company in 2015, giving him 11 years in the role. The board will commence a search for a successor; no interim replacement was disclosed.
Non‑executive chairman David Cicurel praised Ormsby's decade‑long contribution and said the notice period allows a thorough succession search. Chief Executive Officer Tim Prestidge highlighted Ormsby's stewardship of finances, commercial judgement and investor relations as pivotal to the group's success.
Ormsby said he feels it is the right moment to take a break after more than a decade and remains fully committed to ensuring a seamless handover during the transition year.
