Datasea signs AI agent service contracts with five Chinese customers

Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd., a Beijing‑based firm listed on NASDAQ, said its Chinese subsidiaries have executed AI agent digital‑marketing service agreements with five customers. The contracts cover task orchestration, large‑model calls, data handling, third‑party system integration and technical support, enabling content creation, ad placement, analytics and marketing execution.

One of the customers identified is Beijing Judongjiujiu Technology Co., Ltd., which accounts for roughly $0.51 million of the services already delivered. All five clients have begun receiving the services, and the company reports that the aggregate value of services rendered so far is about $1.10 million.

The agreements use a "recharge, consumption, and service" billing structure. Expected fees per client range from approximately $0.45 million to $1.49 million each month, translating to an overall anticipated monthly revenue between $2.24 million and $7.45 million. The company notes that these figures do not represent minimum purchase commitments, guaranteed revenue, recognized revenue, or backlog.

Chief Executive Officer Zhixin Liu said the deals represent a step toward a commercially viable AI‑agent model. Liu also disclosed that he has adopted a Rule 10b5‑1 trading plan to acquire up to $1 million of Datasea’s Class A ordinary shares using personal funds, subject to the plan’s terms and applicable securities laws.
