Zebec adds 'Earn on Pay' feature via Solstice's USX stablecoin
Zebec integrates Solstice’s USX stablecoin to enable real-time earnings on salary payments, expanding DeFi payroll solutions.

Zebec has introduced a new "Earn on Pay" capability through a partnership with Solstice’s USX stablecoin, enabling users to generate yield on salary deposits in real time.
The integration allows employees and gig workers to receive payments directly into a Zebec account, where funds are automatically converted to USX and deposited into yield-generating protocols. This eliminates the traditional delay between payroll processing and earnings, providing immediate access to accrued interest.
Solstice’s USX, a regulated U.S. dollar-pegged stablecoin, serves as the bridge between payroll systems and decentralized finance (DeFi) yield strategies. The feature is designed to appeal to freelancers, remote workers, and businesses seeking liquidity and passive income on payroll funds.
Zebec did not disclose specific yield rates or adoption metrics in its announcement. The company previously focused on blockchain-based payroll automation but now positions this integration as a step toward mainstream DeFi adoption in traditional finance workflows.
The feature is available to users in supported jurisdictions, with additional compliance measures tied to Solstice’s regulatory framework for USX.
