Bybit expands pre-IPO perpetuals with Unitree, Moonshot AI listings
Crypto exchange adds two new pre-IPO perpetual contracts, expanding its TradFi-linked derivatives offering to over 200 products. Unitree and Moonshot AI join growing roster of private-market instruments.

Bybit has expanded its pre-IPO perpetuals lineup to include contracts tied to Chinese robotics firm Unitree and AI startup Moonshot AI, the exchange said on Monday.
The additions bring Bybit’s TradFi perpetuals offering to more than 200 products, covering equities, ETFs, commodities, indices and private companies. The pre-IPO perpetuals allow traders to speculate on the future valuation of privately held firms before they go public.
Unitree, known for its consumer and industrial robots, and Moonshot AI, an AI model developer, are the latest additions to Bybit’s roster of private-market instruments. The exchange has been steadily increasing its presence in pre-IPO derivatives, reflecting broader industry efforts to bridge traditional and digital asset markets.
Bybit’s move aligns with a trend among crypto platforms expanding into private-market derivatives, offering traders exposure to high-growth sectors such as robotics and artificial intelligence. The exchange did not disclose specific contract details or launch dates for the new perpetuals.
The development follows Bybit’s recent expansion of its derivatives platform, which now includes a wider range of traditional financial instruments alongside crypto derivatives. The exchange’s push into pre-IPO markets underscores its strategy to attract institutional and retail traders seeking early-stage investment opportunities through structured products.
