YETI Holdings Inc. reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.71 for the quarter, beating Wall Street estimates by $0.12, the company said in a statement after markets closed on Tuesday.
Revenue totaled $382.6 million, in line with analyst projections compiled by Refinitiv, as the outdoor gear specialist maintained steady demand for its premium coolers and drinkware. Gross margin expanded to 47.2% from 46.1% in the same period last year, reflecting improved pricing and operational efficiencies.
Net income rose 14% year-over-year to $52.3 million, driven by higher sales volumes and disciplined cost management. YETI reiterated its full-year revenue guidance of $1.55 billion to $1.60 billion, with adjusted earnings per share projected between $2.80 and $3.00.
Shares of YETI were up 3.5% in after-hours trading following the results, as investors focused on the margin expansion and sustained consumer demand despite broader retail headwinds.
