TOMI Environmental Solutions Inc. reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026, with revenue and earnings surpassing market expectations.
The company, which specializes in advanced disinfection and sterilization technologies, said revenue increased by 22% year-over-year to $47.3 million in Q2 2026, up from $38.8 million in the same period last year. Net income rose 45% to $8.6 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, compared with $5.9 million, or $0.17 per share, in Q2 2025.
Analysts had projected revenue of $44.5 million and earnings of $0.21 per share, according to a consensus compiled by Refinitiv. TOMI attributed the growth to increased demand from industrial and healthcare sectors, driven by heightened focus on infection control and regulatory compliance.
Chief Executive Officer Halden Sparks highlighted the company’s expanding market presence, noting a 15% increase in active customer accounts during the quarter. The company also reported a 10% rise in gross margins to 58%, supported by operational efficiencies and pricing adjustments.
TOMI maintained its full-year 2026 guidance, reaffirming revenue projections of $180 million to $190 million and adjusted EBITDA of $30 million to $35 million. The company’s stock, which trades under the ticker TOMI, was up 4.2% in after-hours trading following the earnings release.
Management emphasized continued investment in research and development to support long-term growth, including the expansion of its proprietary Binary Ionization Technology platform.
