Universal Safety Products Inc. (NASDAQ: UUU) disclosed that Director Milton Ault III purchased shares worth $183,476 through a series of open market transactions between August 24 and August 26, 2026.
Ault, via his wholly owned Ault Lending LLC, acquired 28,729 shares at prices ranging from $6.03 to $6.59 per share. He also made direct purchases totaling 700 shares at weighted average prices between $5.71 and $5.99. The transactions followed recent corporate governance changes approved by shareholders in late July.
The stock, which has surged 97% over the past year, is currently trading at $5.66, down 12% over the past week. Universal Safety Products recently amended its articles of incorporation to increase authorized common shares from 20 million to 525 million and remove super-majority voting requirements for future amendments.
Ault’s direct holdings in the company total 7,800 shares, while his entities control an additional 1.14 million shares indirectly through Ault Lending LLC, Alpha Structured Finance LP, and Ault & Company Inc. The purchases coincide with the development of Universal DeFi LLC, a subsidiary building a tokenization platform for real-world assets.
