Tredegar Corporation (NYSE: TG) has appointed Ana Dutra as an independent director to its board, effective immediately. Dutra brings more than 30 years of executive and consulting experience across technology, manufacturing, financial services, energy and e-commerce sectors.
Dutra currently serves as an independent director for Pembina Pipeline Corporation and CarParts.com. Previously, she led Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as CEO, overseeing operations in over 25 countries. Her executive career includes senior roles at IBM, CSC, Accenture and Korn Ferry, alongside board service at multiple public companies where she contributed to audit, compensation, governance, risk, ESG and technology oversight committees.
She holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a master’s degree in Microeconomics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor’s degree in Microeconomics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
Based in Richmond, Virginia, Tredegar operates as an industrial manufacturer with two core businesses: custom aluminum extrusions for North American building and construction, automotive and specialty markets, and films for engineered surface protection in global electronics and advanced packaging. The company maintains manufacturing facilities in North America and Asia and employs approximately 1,800 people.
