Telix Pharmaceuticals reported a 146% surge in EBITDA to $52 million for the first half of 2026, driven by a 22% year-over-year increase in total revenue to $477 million. The company’s precision medicine portfolio, which includes Illuccix and Gozellix, generated $388 million in sales, a 27% rise from the prior-year period.
Revenue from Telix Manufacturing Solutions contributed $89 million, while a $40 million payment from Regeneron’s collaboration was recorded as other income. The company’s gross margin expanded to 55%, up two percentage points year-over-year, with the precision medicine segment achieving a 65% margin. Commercial profit reached $153 million, while net profit after tax totaled $38 million, compared with a $2 million loss in H1 2025.
Research and development spending rose 51% to $124 million, representing 26% of revenue, as the company advanced multiple clinical programs. Operating expenses increased to $136 million, while net finance costs totaled $17 million. Cash and cash equivalents ended the period at $252 million, up 78% from $142 million at year-end 2025.
Telix maintained its full-year 2026 revenue guidance at $950 million to $970 million, with management expecting to land at the upper end of the range. R&D guidance was raised to $230 million to $270 million for the year. The company’s stock closed 2.02% higher at $12.12 on the Australian Securities Exchange, with after-hours trading adding another 1.25%.
On the regulatory front, Telix’s Pixclara PDUFA date is set for September 11, 2026, with a New York R&D Day scheduled for September 22. The company’s Illuccix imaging agent is now available in 22 countries, including 17 in Europe, with marketing authorizations secured in 24 markets. Phase 3 studies for China’s NDA submission have been completed, while patient enrollment in Japan’s Phase 3 trial is underway.
Clinical pipeline progress included FDA alignment for the ProstACT Global Phase 3 trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, completion of the first cohort enrollment for the IPAX BrIGHT Phase 3 study in recurrent glioblastoma, and the initiation of patient dosing for the LUTEON Phase 2/3 trial in clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Two Phase 2 studies for TLX597-Tx in prostate cancer indications also completed enrollment.
Management emphasized reinvestment in growth opportunities, with CFO Darren Smith noting the company’s "highly profitable business with strong cash-generating capabilities." CEO of Telix Precision Medicine Kevin Richardson highlighted the successful launch of Gozellix, citing "strong demand from day one." Group CEO Dr. Christian Behrenbruch described the company’s strategy as that of a "pure-play radiopharmaceutical firm" targeting significant unmet medical needs.
