Synectics PLC’s shares advanced 3.6% to 191.7p on Monday, extending gains from a session range of 180p to 195p. The move came as the company hosted a live investor webcast via Investor Meet Company at 11:00 a.m. BST, detailing its unaudited interim results for the first half of 2026.
Chief Executive Amanda Larnder outlined progress under the company’s five-year "5P" strategy, which centers on the Synergy platform and its AI-powered Synergy SEARCH tool for natural-language video search. Larnder highlighted a $2.4 million contract to deploy the Synergy platform for a major U.S. casino property, contributing to a target addressable market estimated at approximately £2 billion across transport, leisure, hospitality, critical national infrastructure, and energy sectors.
The interim dividend was maintained at 2.2 pence per share, consistent with the board’s progressive dividend policy. Synectics’ shares remain well below their 52-week high of 350p, reflecting broader market conditions and sector-specific volatility.
