Switzerland Updates Sanctions Against Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad
The Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs has updated the annex to regulations targeting organizations supporting Hamas.
The Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (WBF) has amended the annex to the ordinance concerning measures against individuals and organizations that support Hamas or the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (SR 946.231.09).
The updated sanctions list, originally established under the ordinance of April 10, 2024, incorporates the latest modifications regarding targeted persons and entities. The regulatory adjustments take immediate effect within Swiss jurisdiction.
