SuperX AI Technology said its Japanese subsidiary received a $38.8 million purchase order from WOODMAN Inc. for NVIDIA B300 GPU-based server clusters, the company’s largest contract to date.
The order, announced Monday, covers delivery of the systems to Yokohama for an AI infrastructure project, with mid-November 2026 set as the target for completion. WOODMAN, a Japanese technology company specializing in AI and high-performance computing environments, placed the order through SuperX Industries Co., Ltd., the firm’s wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan.
Under the terms of the agreement, SuperX Japan received an advance payment of about 20% of the total contract value on August 20, 2026. The remaining balance is due before shipment, according to the contractual terms disclosed by SuperX.
This deal represents the first commercial collaboration between SuperX and WOODMAN, signaling a deeper engagement in Japan’s AI infrastructure sector. SuperX provides end-to-end AI server solutions, including liquid cooling, power infrastructure, data center design, and operations and maintenance services. WOODMAN focuses on building computing environments for AI and high-performance computing while optimizing underutilized resources such as surplus electricity and computing power.
The contract follows SuperX’s earlier presence in Japan, where it supplied systems based on NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 products. The new order marks the company’s expansion into higher-performance GPU computing platforms in the Japanese market.
