Superloop Limited reported a 33% increase in underlying EBITDA to $122.7 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, exceeding its upgraded guidance range of $118–$122 million. Net profit after tax rose to $17.5 million from $1.2 million a year earlier, while revenue climbed 21.6% to $664.3 million.
The company attributed the profit surge to AI-driven operational efficiencies and the expansion of its Smart Communities infrastructure platform. AI tools handled 63% of customer interactions, including 34% via support systems Teddy and Mo, which resolved over 65% of queries without human intervention and avoided an estimated 400,000 calls annually. Fault-resolution tools Refreshify and Exray managed 29% of interactions, with 85% resolved autonomously.
Consumer segment revenue grew 27% to $463.2 million, driven by the addition of 116,000 customers, bringing the total to 501,000. Business segment revenue rose 8% to $113.4 million, while wholesale revenue increased 19.2% to $97.3 million. Gross margins expanded across all segments, with the group’s gross margin up 64 basis points to 35.3% and underlying EBITDA margin rising from 16.9% to 18.5%.
Free cash flow surged 50% to $84.4 million, supported by a 101% cash conversion rate of underlying EBITDA. Net debt stood at $128 million, with a net leverage ratio of 1.3x against a target threshold of 2.5x. Capital expenditure totaled $37.9 million, exceeding guidance due to the $165 million acquisition of Lynham, which added 56,000 contracted lots and is expected to contribute $11 million in EBITDA during FY27.
Smart Communities contracted lots reached approximately 190,000, a 93,000 increase year-over-year, with 65,000 activated lots generating revenue. The platform targets over 260,000 contracted lots by FY29 under the company’s SuperCharge29 strategy, which aims for group revenue exceeding $1 billion, underlying EBITDA of $200 million, and an EBITDA margin of ~20% by FY29.
Chief Executive Paul Tyler described the results as "strong execution" over three years, noting that AI has become "a structural contributor to operating leverage." Chief Financial Officer Dean Tognella highlighted improved margin quality alongside record group customer growth of over 200,000. The company’s share price rose 2.72% to $3.205 following the announcement.
