Strategy sells $6.6M in shares and 1,690 bitcoin via ATM program
Firm offloads equity and cryptocurrency holdings through a registered ATM offering, disclosing proceeds and digital asset disposition.

Strategy Global Investments disclosed a weekly at-the-market (ATM) program update, revealing the sale of $6.6 million in common shares and 1,690 bitcoin.
The transactions were executed under the firm’s previously announced ATM equity program, a mechanism designed to provide liquidity while minimizing market impact. Proceeds from the share sales were allocated to operational needs and general corporate purposes, the company stated.
In addition to the equity disposition, Strategy liquidated 1,690 bitcoin, equivalent to approximately $110 million at current market prices. The cryptocurrency sales were conducted through over-the-counter (OTC) desks to mitigate price volatility, according to the filing.
The ATM program remains active, with the firm retaining flexibility to issue additional shares or sell further bitcoin holdings as market conditions allow. No further details on the allocation of bitcoin proceeds were provided.
Strategy did not specify the timing or pricing of the transactions, nor did it indicate whether additional sales are planned under the ATM framework.
