Stellantis appointed Stephanie Hartgrove as its new Chief Communications Officer, effective September 1, as part of two senior leadership appointments announced on Thursday.
Hartgrove will report directly to CEO Antonio Filosa and join the Stellantis Leadership Team. The automaker also named Clara Ingen-Housz as Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Strategy, International Trade, where she will report to Filosa and expand the company’s international trade law capabilities within the General Counsel’s office.
Hartgrove brings over two decades of global communications experience to the role. Prior to joining Stellantis, she served as global vice president of MedTech communications and public affairs at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in her career, she held senior communications positions at Baker Hughes and GE. She began her professional career as a journalist with CNN and Al Jazeera.
Ingen-Housz previously led Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications at Stellantis over the past 19 months. Her new responsibilities will focus on international trade policy and regulatory strategy, aligning with the company’s broader operational priorities.
The appointments come as Stellantis advances its FaSTLAne 2030 strategy, a long-term plan aimed at driving growth and operational efficiency across its global operations. The automaker operates under multiple brands including Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Opel, with shares listed on the NYSE under ticker STLA, Euronext Milan as STLAM, and Euronext Paris as STLAP.
