The transaction, conducted on August 20, 2026, was executed pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on July 30, 2025. The shares were sold at prices ranging from $17.7392 to $18.9300, with a weighted average sale price of $18.0032. Following the sale, Keough directly holds 356,442 shares of SoFi common stock.
SoFi's stock was trading at $18.24 on Thursday, down more than 30% year-to-date. InvestingPro data classifies the shares as trading above fair value, placing SoFi on the platform's "Most Overvalued" list. The company's price-to-earnings ratio stands at 38.6, with a market capitalization of $23.6 billion.

Analysts remain divided on SoFi's outlook. Piper Sandler initiated coverage with an Overweight rating and set a price target of $22, citing growth in lending and debt consolidation as key drivers. Needham, however, adjusted its price target to $24 from $25 while maintaining a Buy rating, noting that strong core lending performance offset challenges in the company's technology solutions and loan platform businesses.
