Skyline Builders said on Monday it has acquired two gold and silver properties in Nevada, expanding its presence in the U.S. mining sector.
The company did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition, including purchase price or any contingent payments. The properties are located in Nevada, a state known for its significant gold and silver mining operations.
Skyline Builders, which operates in the construction and real estate development industries, did not provide further details about the scale or strategic rationale behind the acquisition. The move follows a period of consolidation in the mining sector, with several firms expanding portfolios through acquisitions of mineral-rich assets.
Nevada remains a key hub for gold and silver production in the United States, home to some of the world’s largest mining operations. The state accounted for roughly 75% of domestic gold output in 2023, according to U.S. Geological Survey data.
The acquisition reflects broader industry trends toward vertical integration and resource diversification, as companies seek to secure raw material supply chains amid volatile commodity markets.
