Salesforce reported adjusted earnings per share of $5.90 for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, exceeding analyst expectations of $3.27 by 80.4% and marking an 80% increase from the prior year. Revenue totaled $11.3 billion to $11.35 billion, a record for the company and an 11% year-over-year increase.
Subscription and support revenue rose 12% to $10.82 billion, while free cash flow climbed 81% to $1.1 billion. Non-GAAP operating margin held steady at 34.1%, with full-year guidance maintained at approximately 34.3%. GAAP operating margin reached 20.5%, with updated guidance set at about 20.1%. Gross profit margin over the last twelve months stood at 77.64%.
Cloud revenue potential (CRPO) increased 14% in constant currency to $33.5 billion. AI and data annual recurring revenue surpassed $4 billion, while Agentforce ARR reached $1.5 billion. Agentic workspace units grew 97% quarter-over-quarter to 3.2 billion. The company's market capitalization stands at $168.89 billion, with a P/E ratio of 23.86 and a free cash flow yield of 9%.
Full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance was raised to $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, up by approximately $300 million in constant currency terms. Current-quarter revenue is projected between $11.42 billion and $11.5 billion.
Salesforce also announced an accelerated $25 billion share repurchase program, targeting the repurchase of at least 14% of outstanding shares at an average price of $176 per share. After the earnings release, shares rose 12.68% in after-hours trading to $231.70, following a regular-session close of $205.62.
The company highlighted its AI initiatives, including the launch of Claudeforce, a product developed in partnership with Anthropic. Marc Benioff, Chair, CEO and Co-founder of Salesforce, emphasized the collaboration, stating it represented the convergence of the top AI platform and the leading CRM system. Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, noted the partnership accelerated go-to-market efforts for enterprise AI adoption.
Agentforce adoption accelerated across sectors, with IT services securing conversions from ServiceNow clients such as NYU Langone Health and McAfee. The U.S. Army Human Resources Command anticipates driving up to 55 million Agentforce conversations monthly, completing recruitment four months ahead of schedule. Customers initiating agentic workflows with Salesforce reported average order values doubling, with potential to quadruple over time.
