Rosenblatt Securities raised its price target on Rubrik Inc (NYSE: RBRK) to $105 from $95 on Tuesday, citing sustained demand for the company’s data protection and identity resilience solutions.
The stock last traded at $92.65, leaving it roughly 13% below Rosenblatt’s new target. The firm maintained a Buy rating on Rubrik shares. The upgrade follows a broader upward revision cycle among Wall Street analysts, with Guggenheim, Cantor Fitzgerald, Oppenheimer, Scotiabank and Goldman Sachs all maintaining Buy ratings and price targets ranging from $106 to $120.
Rosenblatt also projected Rubrik’s second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue to grow at least 28% year-over-year to $397 million, driven by a 29% increase in subscription revenue. The firm modeled annual recurring revenue growth of 31% for the quarter, compared with Rubrik’s reported 32% ARR growth in the first quarter.
Rubrik has outperformed its guidance in recent periods, beating the mid-point by 5.8% in the first quarter and 8.9% over the trailing twelve months. The company reported gross profit margins of 80.58% over the last twelve months and 45.73% revenue growth year-over-year.
Rubrik is scheduled to release its second-quarter fiscal 2027 results after market close on August 27, with the quarter ending July 31. InvestingPro data shows 18 analysts have revised earnings estimates upward for the period.
