The transaction was executed under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on February 18, 2026. Rawlings sold the shares at $38.89 each, while Roblox’s stock last traded at $37.56, reflecting a decline of roughly 3.5% on the day.
Roblox’s Class A shares have fallen 69% over the past 12 months and 74% from their 52-week high of $142. The company’s market capitalization stands at $27.95 billion. Revenue grew 41% in the trailing twelve months, though analysts have recently lowered price targets amid concerns over monetization pressure.
Oppenheimer reduced its price target to $50 from a prior figure, citing revised revenue and adjusted EBITDA estimates. Wells Fargo lowered its target to $46, citing updated guidance below consensus expectations, while Macquarie downgraded Roblox to Neutral, pointing to near-term headwinds.
Rawlings retained 68,508 Class A shares directly and holds an additional 14,197 shares indirectly through The Rawlings Family Trust, of which she serves as trustee.
