Riverside Resources Inc. has released drill results from its Union Project in northwest Sonora, Mexico. The Phase 2A drilling campaign, conducted over the summer of 2026, involved seven drill holes totaling 530.1 meters, focusing on carbonate replacement deposits and new exploration areas at the Union Mine and Union Norte targets.
At the Union Norte target, drill hole UND26-015 returned 14.60 meters of 0.45 grams per ton gold equivalent, including a higher-grade interval of 4.60 meters grading 1.09 grams per ton gold equivalent. Drill hole UND26-014 intersected 9.10 meters of 0.76 grams per ton gold equivalent, with 1.5 meters grading 3.38 grams per ton gold equivalent. At the Union Mine target, drill hole UND26-013 intersected anomalous lead and zinc values near historic underground mining areas, indicating proximity to the replacement body.
An Induced Polarization survey at Luis Hill identified a chargeability anomaly extending over one kilometer in strike length with a 200 meters depth thickness. The exploration work is conducted in partnership with Questcorp Mining Inc., which is earning into the project through an option agreement dated May 6, 2025.
Phase 2B of the drilling campaign is scheduled to resume in early October 2026, following the monsoon season. Significant faulting within targeted formations affected drilling progress and core recovery in several holes, prompting an evaluation of a reverse-circulation drilling contractor for Phase 2B to improve penetration rates. Samples were submitted to SGS's analytical facility in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Riverside Resources Inc. has fewer than 95 million shares outstanding.
