Raiffeisen Schweiz has issued a €500 million bail‑in bond (ISIN CH1579254470) that will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The bond’s inaugural trading session is scheduled for 14 September 2026.
The ten‑year instrument carries a fixed coupon of 4.255% and a minimum denomination of €100,000, targeting institutional and professional investors. It is the bank’s fourth euro‑denominated bail‑in issuance.
In a statement, the bank said the bond strengthens its loss‑absorbing capital base under the system‑relevant regime. Philipp Ackermann, acting head of corporate banking, treasury and markets, highlighted the strategic importance of expanding the international investor base.
Rating agencies Standard & Poor’s and Fitch are expected to assign an “A” rating to the issue.
