Predictive Discovery Limited has completed its corporate rebranding as PDI Gold Limited, effective immediately on the Australian Securities Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company changed its name following shareholder approval on Aug. 21, 2026, and announced the completion on Aug. 24. The rebranding aligns the ASX and TSX listings under the new ticker PDI, which remains unchanged.
In parallel, PDI Gold executed a 5-for-1 share consolidation. The ASX record date was set for Aug. 27, with consolidated trading commencing on a deferred settlement basis on Sept. 7. Normal settlement trading of the consolidated securities is scheduled to begin on Sept. 9, when the name change also takes full effect on the ASX.
The TSX is expected to finalize the consolidation on Sept. 9, following a separate internal timeline. PDI Gold cautioned that the timetable is indicative and subject to adjustment in accordance with exchange listing rules.
The company’s gold assets include the Kiniero mine in Guinea, which began production in late 2025, and the Nampala mine in Mali, operational since 2017. PDI also holds the Bankan gold project in Guinea. The rebranding underscores the company’s strategic pivot toward gold-focused operations.
