AL Sydbank A/S completed a DKK 19.3 million share buyback during Week 34, purchasing 30,000 of its own shares at volume-weighted average prices between DKK 639.01 and DKK 649.09.
The transactions were executed by Danske Bank A/S on AL Sydbank’s behalf across five trading days from August 17 to August 21, with 6,000 shares acquired daily. The buyback forms part of a broader program announced on February 25, 2026, with a total authorized budget of DKK 1.1 billion.
Since the program’s March 2 start date, AL Sydbank has repurchased 1,081,000 shares for DKK 593.8 million, reducing its share capital. The bank now holds 1,081,904 treasury shares, representing 1.23% of its issued share capital.
The program operates under EU Safe Harbour rules, specifically Regulation No. 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052, and is scheduled to conclude on January 31, 2027.
