Octopus Investments Limited has cut its stake in Everplay Group plc to 7.99% of voting rights, below the 8% disclosure threshold, according to a regulatory filing submitted Wednesday.
The London-based investment firm, a subsidiary of Octopus Capital Limited, held 8.99% prior to the reduction. It now holds 11,653,069 voting rights indirectly through shares, with no voting rights held through financial instruments, the filing showed.
The change in holding crossed the relevant threshold on Tuesday. Octopus submitted the notification to Everplay Group in compliance with U.K. disclosure requirements for major shareholdings, via the Regulatory News Service of the London Stock Exchange.
Everplay Group trades on the LSE under the ticker EVPL.
