The board of directors of McCormick & Company (MKC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per share on its common stock, payable Oct. 26, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Oct. 13, 2026.
The dividend marks the 102nd consecutive year of payments by the company, which is headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
McCormick generates approximately $7 billion in annual sales and operates in 150 countries and territories. The company manufactures, markets and distributes herbs, spices, seasonings, condiments and flavors to the food and beverage industry through retailers, food manufacturers and foodservice businesses.
Its trademark-registered brands include McCormick, French's, Frank's RedHot, Stubb's, OLD BAY, Lawry's, Zatarain's, Cholula and Club House. The firm operates in two segments — Consumer and Flavor Solutions — which it says complement each other and reinforce its differentiation in the market.
