NorthStrive Acquisition Corp. priced a $100 million initial public offering at $10 per unit, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The blank-check company, which plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker NSRVE, offered 10 million units, each consisting of one share of common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant. The IPO proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions.
Underwriters led by Citigroup and Jefferies were granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million units to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on [redacted] subject to customary conditions.
