Nomad Foods Ltd (NYSE: NOMD) shares advanced 5.1% on Monday after Chief Financial Officer Ruben Baldew disclosed a purchase of 28,290 ordinary shares at $11.8498 per share, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The transaction, dated August 19, was disclosed in a Form 4 filing submitted on Friday. Baldew’s direct ownership in the company increased to 367,172 shares following the purchase.
The CFO also holds additional equity-linked instruments, including 184,991 restricted share units scheduled to vest on June 17, 2027. Baldew’s compensation package includes 1.85 million stock options exercisable at $10.14 per share, subject to performance and share purchase requirements through May 7, 2031. He is also entitled to 208,848 performance-based share units, split across three tranches with vesting dates in February 2027, 2028, and 2029, contingent on performance over three-year periods.
