Adia Med Inc. has retained Lucosky Brookman LLP to assist with its planned transition from the OTCQB market to the Nasdaq Capital Market, the company said on Monday.
The regenerative medicine company, which trades under the ticker OTCQB:ADIA, will work with the law firm on a registration statement on Form S-1 to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The engagement covers due diligence, responses to SEC comments, and preparation of the listing application for a nationally recognized exchange.
Lucosky Brookman, founded in 2011 and employing over 70 attorneys, specializes in capital markets and corporate finance for small- and mid-sized companies. The firm will also provide ongoing SEC compliance services after any successful uplisting, including Exchange Act filings, Section 16 disclosures, Form 8-K submissions, and press release reviews.
Adia Med, based in Winter Park, Florida, operates clinics offering stem cell therapies and runs Adia Labs, which manufactures regenerative products. The company also holds an 18% equity stake in Cement Factory LLC.
Larry Powalisz, Chief Executive Officer of Adia Med, said the engagement with Lucosky Brookman marks a key milestone in the company’s efforts to list on Nasdaq.
The uplisting plan follows a broader trend among OTC-listed firms seeking greater visibility and access to broader investor pools through major exchanges.
