On August 26, Soloway disposed of 95,471 shares at a weighted average price of $35.93, with individual transactions ranging from $35.50 to $36.25. The following day, he sold 379,529 shares at a weighted average price of $34.50, with prices between $34.00 and $35.61. The overall weighted average price across both days ranged from $34.50 to $35.93 per share.
Following the transactions, Soloway retains direct ownership of 621,958 ordinary shares. He also holds exercisable stock options for 2,000 shares at an exercise price of $26.94 per share.
Napco Security’s stock is trading near its 52-week low of $33.91, down 32% from the 52-week high of $51.77. Analysts maintain price targets between $48 and $55, with DA Davidson reiterating a buy recommendation and a $52 price target. The firm also maintained fiscal year 2027 estimates and introduced projections for fiscal year 2028.
The company’s fiscal fourth-quarter results exceeded expectations, with earnings per share of $0.50 surpassing the $0.39 consensus and revenue of $55.8 million exceeding the $53.18 million estimate.
