NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. has entered a non-binding strategic framework with Tillman Global Holdings to deploy advanced nuclear reactors for powering AI data centers in the United States. Under the agreement, NANO Nuclear’s KRONOS MMR Energy System—a 15 MWe high-temperature gas-cooled reactor—will be supplied to Tillman’s planned AI industrial zones, which are designed to meet the gigawatt-scale energy demands of hyperscale and AI customers.
The collaboration aims to advance site evaluation, licensing, development planning, and project deployment, combining Tillman’s infrastructure development and financing capabilities with NANO Nuclear’s reactor technology and nuclear licensing expertise. The framework contemplates issuing Tillman milestone-vesting warrants to purchase up to $100 million of NANO Nuclear common stock, with a majority of the warrants vesting upon future binding reactor purchase commitments and the remainder tied to specified project-development milestones. An initial restricted common stock grant valued at $5 million has also been provided to Tillman.
NANO Nuclear targets deploying 2 gigawatts or more of advanced nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s, scaling to 6 gigawatts or more by 2040. Tillman and its affiliates have secured approximately $16 billion in capital since inception, supporting the development of a multi-state pipeline of AI industrial zones across the U.S.
The parties are also evaluating opportunities to extend the collaboration to select international markets where Tillman or its affiliates are developing or evaluating large-scale digital infrastructure. All terms remain subject to definitive agreements, customer commitments, financing, regulatory approvals, and the execution of final documentation.
