Nano Labs Ltd said on Monday that board director Nan Hu will resign effective Aug. 31, 2026, as the company trades on the Nasdaq under ticker NA.
The resignation follows the company’s disclosure of a Web 3.0 infrastructure and cryptocurrency reserve business model, with BNB serving as its primary reserve asset.
