Mortimer BTL 2023-1 PLC said on 7 September 2026 it will redeem a total of £415,042,000 of its notes on 22 September 2026, the date on which interest is payable for the September 2026 period. The notes, issued in six classes and originally maturing in December 2056, will be cancelled in full.
The redemption will cover: - Class A notes: £366,876,000 - Class B notes: £22,546,000 - Class C notes: £8,198,000 - Class D notes: £8,198,000 - Class E notes: £4,100,000 - Class X notes: £5,124,000 The notes are identified by ISIN XS2712038459.
Following the redemption, Mortimer BTL 2023-1 will ask the Financial Conduct Authority to remove the notes from the FCA’s Official List and will request the London Stock Exchange to cancel their admission to trading on the main market, effective on the redemption date.
The notes were first admitted to the FCA’s Official List and to LSE trading under a prospectus dated 27 November 2023. The current action marks the final step in winding down the issue.
