Ming Yang Smart Energy Group said it completed the issuance of its third tranche of 2026 Green Sci-Tech Innovation Bonds, raising RMB 500 million ($68.5 million) at a 1.85% coupon rate.
The three-year bonds, issued at par value of RMB 100 each, were priced with a redemption date set for August 27, 2029. Proceeds were received on Tuesday, with the value date confirmed for the same day, the company said.
The issuance follows approvals granted in February and March by the company’s board and shareholders for a medium-term notes program capped at RMB 3 billion. The first tranche was placed in April, with the second following in July.
China CITIC Bank Corporation acted as bookrunner and lead underwriter, while Postal Savings Bank of China and China Resources Bank of Guangdong served as joint underwriters. The bonds were registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors on April 17.
