Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced on Sept. 15, 2026 that its quarterly dividend will be increased by 8%, or $0.07, to $0.98 per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 10, 2026 to shareholders of record on Nov. 19, 2026, which also serves as the ex‑dividend date.
The company said the annual shareholders meeting will be held virtually on Dec. 8, 2026. The record date for voting at that meeting is the close of business on Sept. 30, 2026.
The meeting will be hosted by Microsoft’s chairman and CEO Satya Nadella, CFO Amy Hood, vice chair and president Brad Smith, and lead independent director Sandra E. Peterson.
