Medistim ASA, a Norway-based medical device manufacturer, reported a 19.5% year-over-year increase in second-quarter revenue, reaching NOK 202 million. Operating profit rose 20.6% to NOK 65.3 million, lifting the EBIT margin to 32.3%.
Currency-neutral sales growth for the company’s own products accelerated 33.6% in the quarter, driven by strong performance across key regions. The Americas led growth with a 46.3% increase, followed by Asia-Pacific at 22.4% and EMEA at 19.4%. Sales through third-party distributors in Scandinavia declined 7% during the period.
The company did not issue specific guidance for future quarters or the full year. Medistim also announced plans to propose quarterly dividend authorization at its next General Meeting, though no dividend amount was disclosed.
