Shareholders of Livermore Investments Group Limited approved all 14 resolutions at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026.
The resolutions included the re-election of directors Richard Rosenberg, Noam Lanir and Augoustinos Papathomas, as well as the election of new directors Itai Aharonson, Antonis Loyides and Chris Sideras. All director elections passed with strong support, with Aharonson receiving 129.7 million votes in favor and the others receiving approximately 101 million votes each.
Shareholders also approved the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the remuneration report, both passing with over 101 million votes in favor and minimal opposition. The reappointment of Grant Thornton Cyprus as auditor was confirmed, alongside authorization for directors to determine the auditor’s remuneration.
Additional resolutions granted directors general authority to allot new ordinary shares, authorize share allotments without pre-emption rights for acquisitions or capital investments, and approve a share buyback program. The buyback resolution passed with 101,044,825 votes in favor and no votes against.
Voting totals across resolutions ranged from approximately 101 million to 129.7 million, with opposition votes numbering in the hundreds or receiving no opposition in several cases.
