Linkhome Holdings Inc. has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Linkhome Technologies Inc., to evaluate a proposed AI computing infrastructure project in Europe.
The board of directors approved the subsidiary's formation and authorized preliminary evaluation and development activities, though no capital commitments have been made. Linkhome Technologies will focus on AI computing infrastructure, enterprise AI solutions, robotics, and high-performance computing services.
If pursued, the project could involve the deployment of up to 144 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs, targeting computing needs for cloud service providers, enterprise AI applications, high-performance computing workloads, and advanced robotics. Linkhome has developed a preliminary internal budget, obtained non-binding indicative equipment quotations, and initiated discussions with potential European data center operators, cloud service providers, and prospective computing customers.
No counterparty has committed to participation, and the subsidiary has not commenced operations or generated revenue. The project remains in the evaluation, planning, and commercial discussion stage, with final scale, investment amount, location, construction schedule, and commercial structure undetermined. No binding agreements have been entered into for equipment procurement, data center hosting, project financing, or customer capacity commitments.
Bill Qin, Chief Executive Officer of Linkhome, stated, 'The formation of Linkhome Technologies is intended to enable us to explore this opportunity through a dedicated platform.'
