iShares IV plc, a BlackRock fund platform domiciled in Ireland, announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on October 16, 2026, at 13:00 at BlackRock’s Glencar House offices in Dublin 4.
The notice, lodged with the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism, states that attendance and voting rights are restricted to registered shareholders. Under the International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) settlement model, Citivic Nominees Limited acts as the sole registered shareholder for the sub-funds, meaning investors must route voting instructions through their ICSD participant, local central securities depository, broker, or nominee.
Investors who gained exposure via a broker, distributor, or other intermediary must contact that entity to submit voting directions. The meeting notice document is available on the FCA’s National Storage Mechanism website and on iShares IV plc’s own site.
The AGM will take place at BlackRock’s Dublin facility, 20 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, marking the fund group’s annual corporate governance cycle for its Irish-domiciled sub-funds.
