iShares IV plc has scheduled its 2026 Annual General Meeting for October 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time at BlackRock’s offices in Dublin, Ireland.
The meeting will take place at Glencar House, 20 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Only registered shareholders are eligible to attend and vote, the company said.
Because iShares IV plc’s sub-funds operate under the International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD) settlement model, Citivic Nominees Limited serves as the sole registered shareholder. Investors must therefore submit voting instructions through an ICSD participant, such as a local central securities depositary, broker, dealer, or other intermediary, to participate in the meeting.
The Notice of AGM has been distributed to shareholders and published on the company’s website. A copy of the meeting booklet has also been filed with the National Storage Mechanism and is accessible via the Financial Conduct Authority’s National Storage Mechanism website and the company’s site.
