Incyte to Share Inflammation Data at Vienna Dermatology Congress

Incyte Corporation (NASDAQ: INCY), headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, will present data on its inflammation-focused treatments at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress, held from September 30 to October 3 in Vienna, Austria. The company will highlight findings from multiple studies, including safety and pharmacokinetic results from the 24-week TRuE-AD4 trial of ruxolitinib cream for moderate atopic dermatitis. Additionally, pooled data from Phase 3 STOP-HS1 and STOP-HS2 studies on povorcitinib—a JAK1-selective oral inhibitor under review by the FDA and EMA for hidradenitis suppurativa—will be shared. The oral presentation on atopic dermatitis and life course disruption is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, with poster sessions beginning on Wednesday, September 30. Topics covered include hidradenitis suppurativa, atopic dermatitis, prurigo nodularis, and vitiligo, with a focus on ruxolitinib cream and povorcitinib’s efficacy and safety profiles. Ruxolitinib cream, approved in the U.S. for nonsegmental vitiligo and mild to moderate atopic dermatitis, has treated over one million patients globally. Povorcitinib remains in regulatory review for moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa, with ongoing Phase 3 trials exploring its potential for vitiligo and prurigo nodularis.
