Imunon Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNN) will host a research and development day on September 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET in New York to update investors and analysts on its lead clinical program, IMNN-001, a DNA-mediated IL-12 immunotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer.
The event, to be held at the Sofitel New York, will include a live webcast for virtual attendance. Imunon will focus on the Phase 3 OVATION 3 trial, which evaluates IMNN-001 in women with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer. The company will also discuss the Phase 2 Minimal Residual Disease clinical trial, conducted in collaboration with Break Through Cancer and led by researchers at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Additionally, Imunon will present findings from the Phase 2 OVATION 2 study, which assessed IMNN-001 administered intraperitoneally weekly alongside neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy, compared with standard-of-care treatment alone. The study included 112 patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer. A patient treated with IMNN-001 is scheduled to share her firsthand experience as part of the event.
Beyond IMNN-001, Imunon has completed dosing in a first-in-human study of IMNN-101, its prophylactic vaccine candidate.
