IM Cannabis Corp. received notice Monday that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
According to a statement from PR representative Ifat Golan, the company's ordinary shares (NASDAQ: IMCC) maintained a closing bid price of $1.00 or higher for 18 consecutive business days, spanning August 27 through September 22, 2026.
The compliance restoration resolves a deficiency that had been flagged by the Nasdaq Stock Market regarding the firm's listing standards.
The announcement comes weeks after IM Cannabis disclosed on August 17 that it expects to retain its Israeli medical cannabis operations while selling its German subsidiary, Adjupharm GmbH, following the completion of pending transactions. The Vancouver- and Glil Yam-based company imports and distributes cannabis to medical patients in Israel through its subsidiaries and operates medical cannabis retail pharmacies and online platforms in the country.
Under Nasdaq rules, maintaining the $1 minimum bid price for 10 consecutive business days is typically sufficient to demonstrate compliance, though the exchange may impose additional requirements depending on the history and severity of the deficiency. IM Cannabis met that threshold over an extended period, closing the matter with Nasdaq.
